Even though everyone agrees that diversity in an organization impacts its profitability, yet women remain underrepresented in all levels of management with only 11%  of women in executive leadership roles.  Evolve is designed to help bridge this gap and enable women leaders to better navigate the business landscape, develop and leverage their talents, and step into roles of greater influence.

We understand the unique set of challenges that women face when progressing into senior leadership positions, including unconscious bias, a scarcity of role models, and a peer group that continually shrinks the more senior they become. Women executives rarely have an opportunity to come together and share their leadership experiences in a learning environment that has direct relevance and personal impact. 

Evolve 2022 is designed to create just this environment. It addresses leadership issues that affect all executives, in a forum that hones in on the unique challenges women encounter. It creates a network of today’s senior women leaders, empowering them to take hold of their careers and aim for the top.

Evolve consists of Micro Leadership workshops that are designed to strengthen their skills and  thought leadership. Women leaders will have an opportunity to be Coached by renowned  leadership and executive coaches from around the Globe. It will also give the women leaders an opportunity to build a Peer support network of women who can be sponsors for other fellows.

Who can do this?

Women leaders who:

  1. Currently occupy roles that are at CXO-1 and CXO-2 roles
  2. Have 15 or more years of full-time work experience
